Sponsor: The Road to Under The Big Sky ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Outriders Present ("Sponsor"), located at 1875 Voerman Rd, Whitefish, MT 59937.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Montana, who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, and siblings) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 10AM and ends on Saturday, December 1, 2023 at 10PM ("Sweepstakes Period"). All times are MST. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:
a) Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase here or here to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b) Alternate Entry Method: To enter without purchase, mail a 3"x5" card with your name, address, phone number, and email address to: Road to Under The Big Sky, 1875 Voerman Rd, Whitefish, MT 59937. Limit one entry per envelope. Must be received by Wednesday, December 6, 2023 to be eligible.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Winner Selection: On or about Thursday, December 7, 2023, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize(s): (2) General Admission 3-Day Tickets for the 2024 Under the Big Sky Festival. Valued at $790.
Winner Notification: The potential winner(s) will be notified by email, phone, or mail within 5 days of the drawing. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 3 days of notification. Failure to comply or return required documents may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Void where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Entrants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy.

Winner's List: For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Road to Under The Big Sky Winner's List, 1875 Voerman Rd, Whitefish, MT 59937. Requests must be received by December 15, 2023.

Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court in Montana.
